The Rest and Renew Program

The 10 Week Rest and Renew Program Includes: 

  • Comprehensive assessments helping you to understand your personal energy in the way of natural rhythms of sleep, fluctuations of energy levels and cycles throughout the day and month and season; along with discovering unknown energy leaks.

  • 10 Weekly short, prerecorded video lessons released each Sunday. Each week is dedicated to one of the 7 energy dimensions and the impact daily habits have upon energy levels.

  • Brief homework assignments allowing for self-refection of current habits and development of new habits.

  • Weekly one hour group coaching sessions via zoom. Coaching sessions to be held each Monday evening. Will be recorded if unable to make it.  

  • Connection with a community of women desiring more energy. 

  • Weekly challenges of working small habit changes with accountability support from the group. 

  • Monday-Friday Voxer text support
